Photographic Workshops & Safaris

Reservations are not confirmed until such time as a deposit has been paid, generally 60 days prior to departure. This may change depending on which workshop/safari; please refer to specific information for this.

A 50 % deposit of the total amount is payable within 7 days from date of confirmation. The remaining 50 % must be made 7 days prior to departure.

Cancellations

Reservations cancelled

• 46+ days prior to departure will be charged at 5 % of the total amount.

• 45-21 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50 % of total amount.

• 20-0 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100 % of total amount.

Reservations will be released automatically and without notification if these payment conditions are not met. 

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Indemnity

Participants of Paul Godard photographic workshops and safaris travel at their own risk.

Paul Godard – Soul Photography, its officers, directors, staff or agents will under no circumstances be liable for any claim for injury, loss or damage or any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by any person to their person or property whatsoever.

The participant hereby indemnifies Paul Godard against any claims that might be brought against them.
